First Visit
PREPARING FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT
After scheduling an appointment with our office you will be given a username and password to connect to our Patient Portal located at the top right corner of the website. This will enable you to fill out any office paperwork prior to your visit. If you are unable to access the Patient Portal we will be here to assist you in completing your paperwork. In preparation for your first visit with our office and if applicable, be sure to contact your family physician and ensure that there are no further tests or information they need and that they have sent or will send all of the appropriate information to our office so that we will be prepared to diagnose your conditions and fully address your concerns.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST VISIT
Please arrive to our office 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, so that you will have time to fill out all necessary office and insurance paperwork (if you have not already completed them on the Patient Portal). After examining the records and information that have been supplied to us, we will conduct a thorough skin examination, followed by a diagnosis and detailed treatment plan. We encourage you to ask questions, and we will be glad to address any concerns you may have.
